Good Morning Blogger Friends. Today I wanted to share with you my latest project. My girls both love American Girl. I'll be honest I love American Girl. I love miniature things. Over the years we have collected so much that it can get overwhelming. Some of the pieces are so big and cumbersome but somehow that doesn't stop me from adding another large piece the collection. In January I received the catalog and fell in love with Grace Thomas and her French bakery. I love all the details and accessories but I certainly didn't love the price tag of $500. I just don't have that money in my budget these days so I decided to build my own. Here is the progress so far. 

I still have a long way to go and a very wicked sinus infection has kept me out the garage. Stay tuned for more progress!

The First One!

Good Morning Fairy Tale Friends. I am so excited to share this with you.
The Woodland Tree House!

My Niece turned 2 last week and I wanted to make her a very special gift. I spent countless hours on Pinterest and saw a bunch of tree houses that were really cool. My favorite however used real tree branches. I went out and scoured my wood pile for just the right one and got started. This was the outcome. 

I will be selling a few of these as custom orders on my Etsy site. Click the banner to the right and it will take you directly to the shop! Keep in mind that each one will be different due to the variation the tree branches. Stay tuned for more toys and tutorials on how to make your own!
